Returns & Refunds policy

3.1 Scope

This policy applies to all consulting, testing and related services purchased directly from Qualessence Technologies.

3.2 No Cancellation

Once a statement of work, proposal or purchase order is accepted by the client and countersigned by QTL, it is non-cancellable. Work will commence as scheduled, and all milestones remain payable.

3.3 No Refunds

All fees paid (whether upfront, milestone-based or upon completion) are non-refundable. Because our deliverables are bespoke professional services, value is created progressively and cannot be returned.

3.4 Quality Commitment

If you believe deliverables do not conform to the agreed scope, notify your project manager within ten (10) business days of receipt. We will review and, if warranted, correct deficiencies at no additional cost. This remedial effort is the sole and exclusive remedy in lieu of any refund.

3.5 Force Majeure

Delays caused by events beyond the reasonable control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, government actions) will extend deadlines but shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
